Part-time Montessori/Early Years Teacher

 Crickets Montessori Nursery School is looking for a part time Montessori/Early Years teacher to join our team in January 2023. Crickets is a privately owned nursery situated in leafy NW London in a beautiful and bright, purpose built eco - friendly building with extensive outdoor space which has consistently been rated Outstanding. The experience gained in the exciting environment of Crickets Montessori Nursery School gives children a firm foundation for the next stage of schooling. We are proud of our children’s creativity as well as their academic achievements but, most importantly, we create a warm, safe and nurturing atmosphere for children to thrive and develop at their own pace to reach their full potential. Candidates would benefit from some experience working with two to three year olds and should have a relevant Montessori or Early Years qualification however newly qualified teachers are also welcome to apply. They should be dedicated, enthusiastic and, above all, be fun! The role requires excellent organisational skills such as planning, record keeping and report writing. It involves working alongside a team of dedicated and passionate teachers, as well as being a key worker to a small group of children. The position is initially part time but could be extended, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 12.30pm, term time only. References must be provided and will be carefully checked. The salary is subject to the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
