Job overview

We are looking to appoint a Receptionist who is reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking and proactive. This all round person will need to use professional judgement, be confidential and is the first point of contact for visitors, being responsible for producing the sign in/out record when/if the school is evacuated. As our Receptionist, you will also provide some clerical/secretarial work, supporting the admin team.  

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 1:10pm - 4:40pm (17.5 hours per week), term time only plus 15 days (52.5 hours which may include occasional evenings/weekend events).
