Part Time Science Lead Teacher

Do you have a passion for your subject and for working with pupils with SEND? At Cornerstone School our students have a diagnosis of autism, with related social, emotional and/or mental health issues. We provide an environment, and a therapeutic approach, that enables these young people to thrive across all areas of school life.

This is an opportunity to teach your specialist subjects, in line with the national curriculum, to small classes of 10 students, working at, or around, age related expectations. You will be fully supported by a wide team of professionals including teaching assistants in every lesson.

You will have primary responsibility for a designated class, with the opportunity to teach all pupils in the school within your specialist subject alongside a second subject.
