Part time Teacher Librarian- St Paul's School Woodridge

• have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;
• hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers; and
• be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
  
  

We are seeking a part-time teacher-librarian to undertake a diverse range of tasks within our Primary School Library. The school library provides information services to students from all year levels, school staff, our Community Centre and the wider school community. The successful applicant will display proven communication and interpersonal skills; an understanding of the work of a library or resource centre with experience and knowledge in the use technology. A sound knowledge of Oliver Library System is highly desirable.

Estimated Start Date:  Commencing Tuesday 23 April

Employment Tenure:   Part Time + Fixed Term

Tenure Duration (if "Fixed Term"):  Term 2 and Term 3, 2019

If Part Time, hours and/or days required: Three days per week- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019 

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
