Part-time Teacher of French & Spanish (maternity cover)

The St Marylebone CE SchoolWestminster

The St Marylebone CE School welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds, races, cultures, faiths and genders.   The School actively promotes diversity and inclusion across its community and our students come from a wide range of backgrounds: 40% of our students speak English as an additional language; 59% of our students come from backgrounds other than white British.

We would like to recruit a part-time Teacher of French and Spanish (maternity cover) to join our highly successful Modern Foreign Languages department, from January 2022. Ideally the ideal candidate would be able to offer Spanish at KS3-KS5.  As a minimum, candidates should offer either French at KS3-5 or Spanish at KS3-5 and be able to teach up to KS4 in the second language.

The MFL department is a really motivated, well-led team. As one of the larger departments in the School with impressive uptake year on year, we are looking for someone who would thrive in a creative and enthusiastic environment.  Applications are welcome from ECTs. The School offers an excellent ECT induction programme.
