Salary: SO1 pro rata £25,900 


The Bridge London is seeking an innovative Partnerships and Communications Manager to join our team. This newly created role has been established to build on the existing planning, implementation and delivery of our Partnerships, Communications and Fundraising development strategies. You will use your unique set of skills to build on our established excellent reputation and contribute to supporting The Bridge London as it embarks on its next exciting phase of growth. 

The successful candidate will be a talented, creative thinker focussed on driving success through entrepreneurial endeavours. You will be a confident, engaging communicator; able to work on your own initiative; possess drive and verve to build/maintain successful working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management. The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for all aspects of this role empowered by a supportive, collaborative environment. 

The Trustees’ vision of this role is to continue to drive income growth in this area with the emphasis on building on recent successes and partnerships. If you have trust fundraising experience and are looking for a new challenge, this role could be for you. 

Qualities You Will Bring: 

· Confident, motivated, self starter with the ability to work across the charity pulling together programmes, services and events that can be packaged into successful proposals and individual projects. 

· Drive and determination is a prerequisite as you will have sole responsibility for the planning, organisation and setting up of events.

· Creative and innovative practitioner with proven experience within fundraising. 

· Drive and vision to implement solid systems and processes within a focussed strategy. 

· Ability to manage a portfolio of trust donors with responsibility for identifying, researching and cultivating new trust prospects. 

· Initiative: You will have discrete responsibility for delivering project, event and sponsorship income targets which will contribute to the overall annual income budget. 

· Knowledge/awareness of the difference you will make to the school through your achievements in your role; financial, raising awareness and building relationships

About Us: The Bridge London is a special school catering for pupils aged between 2 and 19 who have severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties or an autistic spectrum disorder. The school is committed to being a Centre of Excellence, has Teaching School status and is continually striving to develop the work with our pupils, parents and carers, the local community and the schools we provide specialist support through our Outreach team and the training we provide.
