Ousedale School is a very successful two campus academy with an outstanding track record of results at both GCSE and A Level. We have been in the top 2% in the country for our A Level results for the past 10 years. At GCSE our results over the last year have been consistently outstanding, particularly in the core areas.
We seek to appoint, for September 2021, an inspirational, experienced leader to our highly regarded and high performing Sixth Form. There is opportunity for an experienced candidate to be given more responsibility with regard to line managing some departments. However, the main aim is to appoint a person who can continue to ensure students settle quickly into Sixth Form life and are closely monitored and supported to achieve their potential, whilst seizing all the wider curriculum opportunities on offer.
