We are now looking recruit a Pastoral and Behaviour Team Leader to
- lead and manage the team who are responsible for the
implementation of the school’s behaviour policy. This team
works directly with students, provide mentoring and/or pastoral
support to overcome particular obstacles to learning in relation
to pastoral issues, for example, behaviour or attendance
- to take responsibility for Year 7 and the Year 6-7 transition
process.
This role is 37 hours per week, term time plus 3 weeks.
