The School Governors are seeking to appoint a confident, reliable, experienced, articulate and highly motivated person to work in one of the school’s Pastoral House offices under the direction of the Head and Deputy Head of House.  The person appointed must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, be able to work calmly and efficiently to meet the demands of staff, parents, students and other outside agencies and to respond confidently under pressure and to meet deadlines.    The person appointed must have a detailed knowledge and experience of working within a Pastoral role   within an educational setting and a knowledge of SIMS and other school data software packages.   Hilbre High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff to share this commitment.
