An exciting opportunity....

Join a close knit team of dedicated individuals to transform the life chances of vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils in the Wyre forest and Hagley area.

Be an integral part of our school, helping children shape their methods of communication into socially appropriate interactions, preparing them for success and happiness in life after school.

The CPA is an alternative provision free school providing a bespoke educational experience for post and pre excluded pupils from the ContinU Trust Schools and beyond. We are seeking a Behaviour Lead to join our pastoral team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual who is willing to work hard to support the young people at our school. This is a new role with the right person taking responsibility for coordinating the schools behavioural response in line with our Positive Behaviour Policy. You should have energy, positive mental attitude and relentless good humour.

The role will involve de-escalating challenging behaviour, providing interventions, tracking behavioural incidents around the school and assist in delivering/planning behaviour management training for teaching and support staff.

You will be expected to be on call and provide support for pupils and staff at the point of need during the school day.

A strong CPD programme and support structure will be available for the right candidate.
