This role involves supporting the Head of Year in ensuring that all students achieve their full potential – academically, spiritually and socially. The successful applicant will need to be flexible and able to use their own initiative to help provide the best outcomes for students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy skills. You will have good behaviour management skills and a willingness to help students achieve and enable them to be the best they can.
