Job overview
We are seeking an innovative Pastoral Induction Leader to join our dynamic pastoral team, who is dedicated to providing the best possible opportunities to our students.
You will be responsible for ensuring our increasing number of new students are provided with an excellent induction to Park Lane, providing the organisation and support to enable them to be successful.
In turn, we will provide the time, CPD opportunities and leadership support to ensure you are successful in the role.
Park Lane Academy is on an exciting journey, as part of the South Pennine Academies Trust, the improvements we have made over the last two years are significant and we are looking to continue this with your appointment to our team.
