Feversham Education Trust (FET) are seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Pastoral Lead with the desire to help lead this outstanding school as it embarks on the next stage of its journey to world class. Iqra Academy’s results are amongst the best in the country.


Iqra Academy is a non-faith based primary school located in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The school enjoys an excellent reputation within the local community. FET are seeking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious Pastoral Lead with the desire to help the school progress to outstanding as it embarks on the next stage of its journey to world class. We are seeking a new Pastoral Lead who will join us on our journey to continued educational excellence. The successful candidate will play a major role in supporting the – Pastoral Team. Training will be given where necessary and appropriate. You will work with the staff at all levels across the school to ensure that we create strategies to develop independence, resilience, and leadership in our pupils.
