Do you want to work in an innovative school with excellent facilities?

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, well qualified and innovative colleague to take responsibility for the pastoral organisation and management of a year group of 186 students. Teachers of any subject may apply but the ability to offer, English, Mathematics or Technology would be desirable.

As an innovative and rapidly improving school we encourage creativity and the use of new technology to enhance teaching and learning in all curriculum areas.

The successful candidate will work with Form Tutors and Learning Mentors to improve the teaching and learning of students within the year group.

The successful applicant will:

• Be able to motivate young people to value the importance of learning.

• Have a commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Have the ability to lead and motivate other colleagues.

• Show flair and creativity with their own teaching and pastoral practice.
