We wish to appoint a Pastoral Support Leader to play a key part in providing students with the pastoral support they need to achieve their best potential during their secondary school education and to assist with the management of health and welfare provisions at the school.  

The role suits a candidate who is passionate about working with children. The ideal candidate will have:

• Empathy with young students;

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible;

• Excellent interpersonal skills to help liaise with students, parents and staff across the school;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. 

The post is for 37 hours per week (if full-time), term-time + 7 other days. Starting salary at Grade 9 (Points 29 to 32) with actual salary of £23,305.86 – £25,581.86, based on term-time only plus 7 days. The position comes with membership of a comprehensive Healthcare Benefits Plan.
