37 hours per week (term time only) plus 5 days to be worked during College holidays
Some attendance at evening events will be required
We are looking to appoint someone with excellent interpersonal skills who will assist and support the Director of Year, working closely with students and being a first point of contact with parents.
It is essential that the post holder has the personality and skills to foster positive links with students in order to help them realise their academic potential and support their pastoral needs.
