Job overview
We are seeking a Pastoral Manager to support students in key stages 3/4, to provide support and guidance to students and staff working with them to remove barriers to their learning, well-being and to raise aspirations so that students can achieve their full potential. This role is full time but we would consider part time; with a minimum of 3 full days per week. Working Term Time plus 5 INSET days (39 weeks), Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 3.30pm.
