Batley Multi Academy Trust’s sole purpose is to provide an outstanding education through our family of schools.  Batley Multi Academy Trust currently comprises Batley Girls’ High School, Upper Batley High School, Batley Grammar School Healey Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Field Lane Junior, Infant and Nursery School.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Foundation Pastoral Manager. Responsibilities include: monitoring of attendance, rewards and sanctions; liaison with outside agencies; safeguarding; behaviour management and parental meetings.  

The post is offered on an initial temporary 3 month basis. 

The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels and in particular our students.  Excellent behaviour management skills, resilience and strong organisational skills are essential for this role.
