Job overview
The Pastoral Manager will be allocated to a Key Stage and will work closely with the Safeguarding Team and Assistant Principals for each Key Stage and Heads of Year.
The successful candidate will be a role model for students, maintaining high expectations of all learners and creating positive relationships with students and parents and carers in order to provide high quality targeted support for students. They will understand the ethos and principles of restorative practice and coaching and mentoring, and will be effective in designing, delivering and monitoring student intervention.
