The candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of pastoral support in order to facilitate behaviour for learning, teaching and learning and drive improvement. The candidate will have excellent literacy, numeracy, IT and data analysis skills and an appreciation of using these to raise pupil achievement. Candidates must also have a commitment to the work ethic and ethos of the school and Platanos Trust.
