About the Role

Your time will be divided between working with pupils directly and working with staff to get the best out of every learning opportunity.

You will have a sense of humour, be resilient and you will be someone that pupils can turn to support them through difficult times.

We want the young people to retain as much responsibility over their lives as possible and develop over time.
