Pastoral Manager

An interesting role has become available to work for a dynamic and friendly organisation. City Gateway Alternative Provision is located close to Canary Wharf, within short walking distance of the DLR and the underground. 

City Gateway Alternative Provision is a Tower Hamlets free funded school, graded Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. Our staff are known for their hard work; working hard to develop every learners skills, confidence and belief. We work with young aged between 14-19 years.

The Position 

The Pastoral Manager will be accountable to the Senior Leadership Team and will have managerial responsibilities for learners and staff on areas like Attendance and Absence monitoring. The post holder will also be responsible for the review and development of relevant policies and procedures.

Ideally, this role is for a qualified teacher, however, we can also consider candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in teaching, planning and leading sessions.

Salary is between £27,913 to 34,510.
