We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to support to the school with a specific focus upon the pastoral team. The role supports staff in effective day to day administration with a particular focus upon the pastoral care of pupils. Strong administrative support will allow staff and systems to work effectively and efficiently, thereby leading to excellent outcomes for pupils.

The successful candidate should have good organisational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise workload as appropriate. Be efficient and conscientious, discreet and professional. Have good inter-personal skills and strong communication skills at all levels and an ability to relate well to a wide spectrum of people.

Sibford School is set in more than 50 acres of grounds and is surrounded by glorious Oxfordshire countryside.
Established in 1842 as a co-educational boarding school for the children of Quaker families, Sibford has, from the outset, been a centre of educational excellence.
