We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Co-ordinator as part of the New Horizons Hub Inclusion Team. As a new addition to the London South East Academies Trust, we have three successful schools deemed either ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’; Endeavour Academy, Horizons Academy and Aspire. As a Pastoral Support Co-ordinator you will be driven to improve student attendance and address safeguarding concerns in order to ensure students are able to engage, achieve and be fulfilled. The successful candidate will become a Designated Lead to support Designated Leads within SLT in continuing to safeguard the most hard to reach and vulnerable students within the local area, whilst working in partnership with a wide audience to maintain regular attendance and punctuality including the Attendance Intervention Worker and Careers & Transition staff. This is an opportunity for a passionate, skilled practitioner to join a team with solid standards and high expectations.

This post is considered to be a customer-facing position; as such it falls within scope of the Code of Practice on English language requirement for public sector workers.
