Oversubscribed Leasowes High School prides itself on excellent results in a caring atmosphere. Leasowes is looking to recruit an excellent practitioner to join our pastoral team as a Pastoral Support Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral care of our most vulnerable students. You will be a dynamic and motivated individual, with the ambition to consistently challenge yourself to be a successful leader of students, no matter what should arise. You will provide highly effective pastoral care to and promote and secure a culture of high expectations for all students.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for young people and who is looking to progress in their career. You will be well supported by the pastoral team and Assistant Headteacher.

Leasowes High School is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with a Sixth Form situated in Halesowen, West Midlands. It provides 1,190 places for students aged 11-18 when fully subscribed.

Leasowes High School gained academy status in December 2016 and is part of the multi-academy Invictus Education Trust, along with five other schools in Dudley and South Staffordshire.
