Pastoral Support Manager (Maternity cover)

Salary: JE5 16 – 20, £25,453 – £27,335 for a 35 hour week, *Trust full time hours are 35 per week. This role is required for 37 hours a week. The additional hours are subject to an hourly rate paid by an allowance (Salary is pro-rata’d to Term Time plus 1 week)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – 40 weeks per annum

We are seeking a temporary Pastoral Support Manager to cover maternity leave, who will support tutors and teachers to ensure the well-being and highest possible levels of attainment of the year group, and manage the pastoral experience of a year group to improvement attainment and achievement.
