37 hours per week [Monday–Friday], term-time only
We are seeking a Pastoral Support Manager who, with the Pastoral Team and DSL, will develop, manage, implement and monitor a range of pastoral services throughout the school.
Applicants must be committed to maximising the personal, social, emotional and academic potential of our pupils. Experience in a school and/or a pastoral/mentoring/counselling role or relevant qualification is desirable. The successful individual will possess very good interpersonal skills, be able to manage sensitive situations with discretion and have experience of working collaboratively within a team.
