We are recruiting for a Pastoral Support Manager to join us from 1st September 2022 or sooner.

Bitterne Park School is a large community school (NOR 2032) with a strong tradition of academic achievement. We provide an excellent education for 11-19 year olds set within the Bitterne Park Community. We are seeking an individual who will manage our Close Supervision area for students temporarily removed from mainstream lessons. The successful candidate will have high levels of emotional intelligence and be skilled in managing students who can present with challenging behaviours. They will work closely with the wider pastoral team to ensure students placed in the Inclusion Area have appropriate guidance and support.

We are a flourishing and over-subscribed school, with high expectations of all our students and a commitment to the personal and professional development of our staff.
