Beormund school is a special needs primary school catering for children with social, emotional and mental health needs situated close to London Bridge.
This interesting and challenging role will see you:
- address the needs of pupils who need help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the classroom
- bridge the gap between home and school by developing secure relationships with the children and their families
- work collaboratively with external agencies and professionals to support children and their families.
Strong organisational, administration, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience of working with vulnerable families and/or within a multidisciplinary team is essential with a proven track record working in a school of family services background.
