We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Pastoral Support Worker to provide support, information and experience to our Behaviour and Inclusion team at Westminster Academy.

This is an exciting position which offers considerable scope for an exceptional Pastoral Support Worker to join this vital area of the Academy. Like us, you will be, innovative, hardworking, supportive and open to new ideas. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the Education Sector, particularly in the area of pastoral support, a strong desire to positively impact upon students’ learning, and a firm commitment to raising academic and extracurricular achievement. Above all, you will be dedicated to giving all our students an outstanding education, and make a difference to the lives of young people.
