PASTORAL SUPPORT MANAGER

SCP 29 - 31 (£21,868 - £23,549 actual salary pa)

37 hours per week 

(Fixed term for one year)

Term Time only + 5 Inset days

Required as soon as possible, the Trustees are looking to appoint a committed professional to join our Pastoral team. This new post will enhance the support available to our students to ensure that they overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. 

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop and implement programmes of support to further student confidence, progress and attainment.

Previous experience of working with children and young people is essential. 

This post is offered on a fixed term contract continuing subject to Pupil Premium funding
