One year fixed term in the first instance 

35 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks) Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.15pm

We are an OFSTED outstanding school with a culture of high expectations based on our Swanlea Values. We are in the top 120 schools for progress at KS4 and have an ALPs score of 3, making us the best performing sixth form for progress in Tower Hamlets. Swanlea is a large, vibrant and thriving school in the centre of London. With c.1050 students on roll, a further 250 studying at Swanlea as part of our Sixth Form. We are looking to recruit Pastoral Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic Inclusion team. You will be working with our most vulnerable students, supporting a variety of behavioural, emotional, social and medical needs. You will be accustomed to working with or seeking to develop the skills to work with pupils in small groups, on a one-to-one basis and within the mainstream setting. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills as you will be assisting with the planning and delivery of a highly differentiated curriculum to support our pupils to overcome their barriers to learning and become independent learners.
