Pastoral Welfare Leader required in Croydon to Lead on pastoral and welfare support for targeted students
Location: Meridian High School, Fairchildes Avenue, New Addington, Croydon, CR0 0AH
Contract: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week, term time only
Contract Term: Permanent
We seek to appoint an experienced, well-organised and committed Pastoral Welfare Leader to manage all aspects of the academic, attendance and welfare progress of all students they serve. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leader for Inclusion and Behaviour to reduce barriers to learning and promote academic and pastoral excellence.
The Pastoral Welfare Leader will also specifically be responsible for supporting and developing a team of tutors focused on high standards of social, personal and academic development of targeted students.
This is an important and challenging role, which involves close interaction with Students, Teaching staff and the Senior Leadership Team.
