Pathway Manager

EF Academy Torbay seeks to appoint an individual who is an enthusiastic and experienced pastoral manager with a commitment to enabling the highest possible academic achievement and personal development for students.
The primary qualities sought are experience guiding young people to successful outcomes in a secondary school setting. Most importantly this role suits someone who is excited by the chance to join a team whose roles are devoted entirely to caring for and supporting students and their families, without the additional demands of a busy teaching timetable (our current Pathway Managers do not teach). The ability to communicate in a second language would be an advantage. A willingness to contribute to the wide co-curricular and community activity of a lively international boarding school situated in this beautiful part of the UK is essential.
