The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are, qualification in Numeracy and Literacy equivalent to GCSE Grade A-C or Level 2, on the national vocational framework.

The start date for this role is January 2022, or at the earliest possible time after January 2022. 

The role 

As the new people-focused Payroll and HR Administrator, based at the busy central team office in North Somerset, your role will be to provide a high level of service and expert payroll advice to the multi-academy trusts schools and employees. Confidentiality, patience, tact and diplomacy are essential attributes for this role.

Requirements 

To be considered for the Payroll and HR Administrator position, you will: 

• Have qualifications in English and Maths equivalent to GCSE Grade A-C or, Level 2, on the national vocational framework. 

• Have an evidenced passion and experience of administration and processing of payroll for a similar sized organisation.

• Be able to demonstrate previous responsibility for the operational planning, organisation and co-ordination of a number of time critical processes and procedures.

• Have the ability to summarise and interpret complex information using oral and written methods to meet the needs of a diverse audience.

• Have IT literacy: proficiency in the basic functions of MS Word and experience of using MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Have the ability to deal with sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.
