Payroll and Human Resources Officer

Endeavour Learning Trust is looking to appoint a Payroll and Human Resources Officer to operationally support the delivery of the Trust’s payroll and human resources function and to provide support and assistance to the work of the corporate services directorate to help drive organisational improvement.

This is an exciting role for an applicant with experience of working in an administrative and financial environment.

You will be an enthusiastic, positive, flexible and motivated individual with personal drive.  You will have a calm, organised nature, with the ability to work professionally to strict deadlines, responding effectively and efficiently to challenges.  You will be able to communicate confidently and effectively, in varied situations, using a range of methods.  You will have the ability to work both as part of a team and independently, maintaining a positive and successful working relationship with colleagues.
