We are looking to appoint to the following post from 21st August 2017:  

Payroll/Finance Administrator 

18 hours per week, 41 weeks per year. 

£20,661 - £22,658 with performance related progression to £25,951 per annum pro rata 

Notre Dame High School is an Academy, as such it has the financial requirements of a Limited Liability Company.  

We are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll professional to assist the Head of Finance in taking responsibility for the administration of all aspects of the Payroll systems and also assist with some Finance administration.  

The Payroll/Finance Administrator will report to the Head of Finance and will work within a well-established finance team which includes an Assistant Finance Manager and a Finance Assistant.  We run a monthly payroll for approx. 190 employees. 

The successful candidate should: 

Be experienced in working in a busy payroll department and also have a good knowledge of finance duties. 

Be a competent user of computerised payroll & finance database systems; 

Be experienced in using Microsoft Excel; 

Have or be working towards a recognised qualification in payroll (preferred but not essential).
