This should include experience of utilising computer systems to develop reports and enhance the provision of management information. With highly developed written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer focus, you will have the ability to work well as part of a team and with a wide range of staff at all levels within the organisation, maintaining effective relationships with external contacts. We need you to have knowledge of payroll and pensions regulations, processes and procedures and have experience in maintaining computerised payroll and human resources records.

A relevant pension qualification is highly desirable, as is experience of processing payroll for organisations in the education sector.

This role may involve travel between Kingston, Carshalton, Merton and South Thames Colleges. It will dictate a combination of homeworking and onsite attendance. Onsite attendance will predominantly be at Merton College.
