Hours- 35 per week (+5 hours paid lunch)

Who we are looking for? 

We are in search of a Payroll Officer who is able to administer a range of procedures including those relating to new starters, TUPE transfers (in and out), pay, absence, redundancy retirement and pensions.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensure Nacro’s payroll is administered and processed effectively, in a timely manner and to specified standards and timelines, e.g. for the monthly payrolls.

· Process salary and wage increases, calculate back pay and over payments and under payments.

· Ensure all calculations of Statutory and Occupational absence are accurately processed on the system.

· Work with HR colleagues to ensure all sickness absence, maternity, paternity, adoption leave and redundancy payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
