Criteria

  • Applicants need to be willing and able to participate in and support the religious dimension of St John Paul College.
  • Qualifications in a specialised faculty must be addressed.
  •  Applicants must hold a NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Meet all requirements with NESA.
  • Ideally all applicants will be able and willing to participate fully in the religious dimensions of the College.

About St John Paul College Coffs Harbour

St John Paul College is a mixed, non-selective, independent, Roman Catholic secondary school in New South Wales, serving students from the age of 11-18. The secondary school is situated in Coffs Harbour.

Formerly John Paul College, the school was renamed St John Paul College in 2014 following the canonization of Pope John Paul II. The school was founded in 1982 by the parishes in Coffs Harbour and Sawtell, and opened in 1983 with the assistance of the Sisters of Mercy.

St. John Paul College offers a comprehensive curriculum encompassing a broad range of subjects and courses preparing students for both the RoSA and Higher School Certificate. The school offers SEN pupils and those with exceptional skills and abilities additional support and guidance catered to their needs to ensure that they achieve their potential. Careers advice is also offered to help pupils focus on developing a study plan to achieve their desired future goals.
