Ambitious about Autism is the national charity for children and young people with autism. Our mission is to help children and young people with autism to learn, thrive and achieve. We work to improve the services available for children and young people with autism, to increase awareness and understanding of autism, to campaign for change and, through TreeHouse School, The Rise School and Ambitious College, to offer outstanding specialist education and support.
To enable us to achieve our mission, we are looking to appoint a People Coordinator to join the central people team here at Ambitious about autism. You will provide and deliver excellent customer service while responding to first line recruitment, HR and payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the People Coordinator will support the team to meet strategic priorities for Ambitious about Autism
Working as a People Coordinator, you will:
Provide excellent recruitment administration managing the end to end onboarding process for new employees of Ambitious about Autism
Support the Payroll and Benefits Officer, ensuring that all records including payroll papers, database and manual personnel records are up to date, filed and referenced in accordance with company policy and law
Provide first line support to employees regarding e-Pay safe (payroll system)
Support the HR team wix`th general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary to the appropriate member of the team
