Bradfield College has inspired generations of young people to make a difference to the world since 1850. With an annual turnover of £34 million, Bradfield is looking to its 200th anniversary in 2050 with ambition, and its new People Director will play a key strategic leadership role in helping to position the College for the future.
The successful candidate will offer substantial strategic and operational HR leadership experience, and a demonstrable understanding of best practice across multiple HR disciplines. (S)he will possess the interpersonal and communication skills to partner with the Head, the COO and other senior leaders in the development of Bradfield’s people strategy working directly with the Senior Management Team.
(S)he will also possess the organisational skills and capacity for innovation to manage first-class HR operations in support of the College’s educational aims.
