Pioneer Educational Trust is looking for inspiring, optimistic and pioneering people to join our committed People Team. Currently, the Trust Schools are Desborough College in Maidenhead, Upton Court Grammar School in Slough, Trevelyan Middle School in Windsor and Foxborough Primary School in Langley.
We wish to appoint someone who can provide a range of HR support across our Trust and family of schools. The successful candidates will be working with the People team as part of the shared services team based at Foxborough Primary School. You may be required to travel to one of the other schools within Pioneer.
We currently have two positions available: full-time (37.5h per week), year-round and part-time (18h per week), term-time only.
We are looking for someone who has the appropriate personal characteristics, experience, knowledge and skills who can provide a range of HR support across our Trust and family of schools. The successful candidates will be working with the People team as part of the shared services team based at Foxborough Primary School. You may be required to travel to one of the other schools within Pioneer.
The successful candidate must have a level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Other duties will include:
- Providing regular people related reports
- Supporting the payroll function in relation to new staff and contract changes
- Undertaking recruitment duties
- Undertaking screen and vetting checks
- Assisting schools with their workforce census
