Are you looking to develop your career and take on a Cluster wide role?

We have a bespoke opportunity for someone who has had experience as a school business leader or a senior people administrator to support a growing cluster of schools to achieve the highest outcomes for its children.

Your opportunity

Reporting to the Regional People Partner and linking into the Regional Business, Finance and School teams within the cluster, this role demands a person who has strong administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to plan their own workload and work to tight deadlines.

We require someone that has the ability to maintain regular and effective communication with a range of colleagues, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience working within education perhaps as a school business leader or as a senior people administrator.

Whilst this post may be based in any of our schools in the Didcot and Banbury Cluster; we support colleagues to work flexibly, and this role will also allow for remote working as appropriate to meet operational needs. An important aspect of the role will be to build positive relationships with each of our schools, and therefore a willingness and ability to travel across the cluster to support this will be essential.
