An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Swim Coach to join Mount Kelly.
The swimming programme has run for over 20 years, producing over 80 international swimmers and since 2000, more than 20 squad members have represented their country at International and Major Championships.
The Performance Swimming Coach has a duty of care to all swimmers within the swimming programme, but will have specific responsibilities for the development of the Regional and National Swimmers.
The primary focus of the role is to deliver coaching excellence to these two specific groups and to significantly contribute to Mount Kelly’s positive swimming reputation in all areas of the coaching and competitive process which leads to significant performance improvements at all levels. The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Swim Coach and a proven track record of progressing Regional and National level swimmers.
