The Performing Arts and Music Technician is an exciting opportunity to provide a service to the performing arts programme  at Strode's College, with particular responsibility for music.

You will utilise your knowledge and experience to facilitate and take responsibility for all behind the scenes activities for all student theatre productions – pre and post and during production. You will also be on hand during all performances to control lighting, staging and sound effects, to ensure that productions are delivered efficiently and smoothly.

You will manage all aspects of staging, sound and lighting and ensuring appropriate storage of performing arts and music equipment, set, costumes and props and carrying out basic maintenance.

An excellent communicator, you will maintain liaison with the College’s partner venues and other performance venues. You will have proficient IT skills, work effectively as a team member and possess good interpersonal skills.
