Our school is selective, in that children must be able to prosper at the school and be a willing member of our community. Our aim is to help children progress in as many directions as possible, to encourage their excellence and give them opportunities to develop skills away from the classroom, preparing them for their future lives.

Hill House was founded in 1912 and occupies a splendid site between Bawtry and Doncaster. It has a stunning grounds and facilities, harmonising the history of an outstanding picturesque campus with new, purposely designed 21st century facilities including the addition of a new Music and Art School, Fitness Centre and dedicated Year 6 Suite, developed in 2024.
