Queen’s Gate is a thriving GSA day school for girls aged 4 –18 and is ideally situated in Central London to take advantage of the many educational opportunities on offer. Music is central to the life of our School and pupils are offered a wide range of musical opportunities.
We wish to appoint from September 2019 a well-qualified singing teacher to join our experienced and successful Music Department. The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic and have a proven record as a successful practitioner. He/she will be expected to teach Singing and Theory of Music on an individual basis, to prepare candidates for ABRSM examinations and to assist or lead some of our choral ensembles. He/she will have excellent piano skills, a Postgraduate qualification in Music and ideally an opera background.

About Queen's Gate School
Queen's Gate School is an all-through independent day school for girls aged 4-18, housed in five Victorian buildings in South Kensington, London. There are around 500 pupils on roll, with a wide range of ethnic and cultural backgrounds, reflecting the diversity of the city.
Queen's Gate School was founded in 1891 by Miss Eleanor Beatrice Wyatt in her parents' home. The present site was acquired in 2005. The school is an educational trust overseen by a board of governors.
