Peripatetic Teacher of Cello

½ a day per week

The Music Department is one of the largest in the school enjoying an enviable reputation having been awarded The Week’s Independent Schools Guide (Spring/Summer 2018) ‘Great for Music’ accolade.

We seek a talented, inspirational and enthusiastic Cello Teacher to join this vibrant and highly-successful music department. With 25 ensembles, 60+ performance opportunities each year and over 380 individual lessons taking place each week, it is a vibrant, fast-paced, rewarding and friendly environment in which to work.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both performance and teaching and be willing to contribute fully to the life of the department. The current requirement equates to around 4 hours per week but it anticipated that demand will increase.
