Hockerill Anglo-European College, an exceptional international state boarding school, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Upper Brass specialist to join its team of outstanding peripatetic teachers. 

The primary responsibility for the successful candidate will be to prepare, plan and deliver high quality one-to-one lessons to students learning trumpet, cornet and french horn. They will assess and provide feedback to students and parents on an ongoing basis, including annual written reports, and will encourage participation in extra-curricular music provision on offer at Hockerill. We are particularly interested in candidates who have expertise in teaching jazz as well as classical. 

The position is on a self-employed basis and is scheduled to commence in September 2023 with an hourly rate of £38.50. 

There are two hours of teaching currently, with additional hours expected once the September applications are received.
